Orders are processed within 2–4 business days. Delivery times vary depending on the destination, but most European orders arrive within 4–6 business days, and international orders within 7–10 business days.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
3. Returns and Exchanges
If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

Please note that shipping costs for returns are the customer’s responsibility, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
4. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at mail@askot.pt.
We’ll arrange a replacement or a full refund as quickly as possible.
